In order to maintain the safety of both ourselves and our customers during the COVID-19 restrictions, the following procedures will be put in place until further notice.
(** N.B. These procedures are correct as of 1st June 2020 but may change at short notice depending on the official guidelines at the time. If in doubt, please contact us to have a chat. **)
1. Let's Go Fido will not provide services for anyone who has had/been in contact with the virus in the last 7 days (excluding key workers e.g. NHS, care workers)
2. There will be no group walks.
3. Solo walks (or multiple dogs from the same household) will be from your home unless it is unsafe to do so. Dogs will not be travelling in our vehicle for walks.
4. We will use a combination of hand washing, hand sanitising and disposable gloves for each separate visit.
5. We will use our own leads for walks. These will be washed each night and sanitised after each walk.
6. Direct contact with the dog(s) will be minimised as far as is practicable.
7. Where we need to enter a house, we will use anti-bacterial wipes to clean any surface we touch, for example door handles.
8. Strict social distancing will be maintained throughout the visit and during the walk.
